Care Network Plus LLC is a home care agency in Sterling Heights, Michigan. We help older adults stay in their own homes, and we hire caregivers to do that work.
When you fill in one of our forms, message our Facebook Page, or call us, we may collect your name, your phone number, your email address, the city you live in, and your answers to a few short questions. For example: whether you have a driver's license or any caregiving experience, or what kind of everyday help a family member needs.
We do not ask for your Social Security number, your bank details, or medical details on a form or in a message.
We use your details only to call or message you back about a caregiver job, or about care for a family member. We also keep a record of our conversation so we do not ask you the same things twice, and we follow up with you if you told us that was alright.
That is all. We do not use your details for anything else.
Nobody, except the tools we use to run our own office, such as our email and our contact list. We never sell your details. We never give them to other companies for their own use.
When you reach us through a Facebook or Instagram ad or message, Meta passes us the details you submitted and also handles that information under its own policy.
We keep the details you give us for 24 months after we last hear from you, then we delete them. If you become a client or a caregiver, we keep employment and care records for as long as Michigan and federal law require.
You can ask us to stop contacting you, to show you what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. Email samgoro@carenetworkplus.com with the subject "Privacy request," or call (586) 480-6339. We answer within 30 days. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do it and confirm by email, unless a law requires us to keep a record.
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Just say so, and we stop.
If you reach us through a Facebook or Instagram ad or message, Facebook also has its own rules about your information. Those are Facebook's, not ours, and you can read them on Facebook.
If we change this page, we will update the date at the top.
